How is pricing actually determined?
The numbers above are starting anchors. After a free discovery call we send a written proposal with a clear scope, milestones, and a fixed or hourly estimate. You approve it before any work begins.
What are your payment terms?
Projects are typically billed in milestones — a deposit to start, then payments as agreed milestones are delivered. Retainers are billed monthly. Everything is documented in the Statement of Work, and net terms are defined in the MSA.
Do I own the code and IP?
Yes — 100%. At handoff, all source code, cloud accounts, domains, and documentation are transferred to you. There is no lock-in and no per-seat licensing on what we build for you.
Can you work with my existing team?
Absolutely. Through staff augmentation our engineers plug into your existing process, tools, and codebase to add capacity exactly where you need it.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Change is normal. We discuss and agree any scope or timeline change before we act on it, so there are never surprise invoices. You stay in control of trade-offs.
