Welcome to AlphaStream. By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. For paid engagements, our Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work govern the relationship.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AlphaStream website. They are separate from the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) that govern any paid engagement, which take precedence for clients.
2. Our Services
AlphaStream provides software design, development, consulting, and related services. Information on this website is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement begins only after a signed MSA and SOW.
3. Proposals & Estimates
Pricing and timelines shown on this site are starting estimates. Final scope, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms are defined in a written proposal and Statement of Work that you approve before work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
Content on this website (text, design, logos) is owned by AlphaStream. For client engagements, ownership of deliverables — including source code and documentation — transfers to the client as set out in the applicable MSA and SOW, typically upon final payment.
5. Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us about your project as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except as required to deliver the work or by law. Mutual confidentiality terms are formalized in the MSA.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the site or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaStream is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability for paid services is governed by the MSA.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its revision date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
